【摘要】 为提升新工科建设和发展，教育部推出了产学合作协同育人项目，但是，人们对该项目的认识和落实仍然存在诸多问题。为此，以师资培训项目为例，首先从4个方面论述了实施产学合作协同育人项目的必要性；随后又对开展产学合作协同育人项目建设提出了6项重要举措；最后对项目实施后所产生的成效进行了分析。事实说明，所提的项目建设措施是非常有效的，实施产学合作协同育人项目也确实能够加快新工科建设和发展。更多还原

【Abstract】 In order to promote the construction and development of emerging engineering discipline,The university-industry collaborative education program(UICEP) has been proposed by the Ministry of Education, but there are still many problems in the understanding and implementing it. Therefore,taking the teacher training project as an example, firstly the necessity of carrying out the UICEP is discussed from four aspects. Then six important measures are also put forward to carry out the UICEP.Finally, the generated results are analyzed after these measures are implemented. The fact shows that the proposed measures are very effective and the implementation of UICEP can indeed accelerate the construction and development of emerging engineering discipline.更多还原
