双侧吹熔池熔炼炉内气液两相流数值模拟
Numerical Simulation of Gas-Liquid Two Phase Flow in a Double-Side-Blown Bath Smelter
【摘要】 为了探索铜双侧吹熔池熔炼过程增产增效的实现途径,以赤峰云铜有色金属有限公司的实际双侧吹熔池熔炼炉为原型,运用VOF等方法构建了炉内气液两相流动过程数值模型,据此对不同送风流量(1 300、1 500、1 700 m~3/h,标态)条件下的熔炼过程进行了数值模拟。结果表明,提升送风流量能够在一定程度上提高熔炼效率,但同时也可能导致烟尘发生率增大等问题,因此,送风流量的增幅不宜过大。
【Abstract】 In order to explore the approach to increase production efficiency of copper Double-Side-Blown(DSB) smelting process, a numerical model of gas-liquid two phase flow was developed by using VOF and other methods for an actual DSB smelting furnace in YCC Chifeng Non-ferrous Metals Co.,Ltd.,and the smelting process under different air flow rate(1 300,1 500 and 1 700 m~3/h, in standard condition) was numerical simulated.The simulation results show that increasing the air supply flow can improve the smelting efficiency to a certain extent, but it may also lead to the increase of the incidence of dust, so the increase of the air supply flow should not be too large.
