不同含水率对预氧化烟煤燃烧程度的影响

【摘要】 针对预氧化含水煤样升温过程煤样质量变化不明晰、特征阶段分界模糊等问题,采用热重分析的方法,以含水率为1.8%、2.0%、2.7%的烟煤为研究对象,设定预氧化温度为100℃,研究预氧化氧体积分数为8%、18%条件下不同含水率煤样的燃烧特性。研究结果表明:不同预氧化氧体积分数情况下不同含水率烟煤的TG-DSC曲线变化趋势大致相同;预氧化氧体积分数对不同含水率烟煤的燃烧过程有影响,当预氧化氧体积分数增加后,相同含水率烟煤随着温度升高失重值降低;含水率对烟煤的分解过程影响明显,当含水率为2.7%时,烟煤热分解阶段的温度跨度最大;预氧化氧体积分数8%,含水率2.7%的烟煤随温度升高,热量释放最多、质量损失最大,自燃危险性大。

【Abstract】 In order to solve the problem that the quality change of pre-oxidized water-containing coal sample is unclear and the boundary of characteristic stage is fuzzy during the heating process and other questions.We used the method of gravitational thermal analysis.Bituminous coal with water content of 1.8%,2.0% and 2.7% is the research object of this experiment.During the experiment, we set the pre-oxidation temperature at 100 ℃.The combustion characteristics of coal samples with different water content were studied under the conditions of 8% and 18% pre-oxidized oxygen concentration.The research results show that the TG-DSC curve of bituminous coal with different water content is roughly the same under different pre-oxidized oxygen concentration.The concentration of pre-oxidized oxygen has an effect on the combustion process of bituminous coal with different moisture content.When the pre-oxidized oxygen concentration increases, the weight loss of bituminous coal with the same moisture content is decreasing with the increase of temperature.The moisture content has obvious influence on the decomposition process of bituminous coal.When the moisture content is 2.7%,the temperature span of thermal decomposition stage of bituminous coal is the largest.When the pre-oxidized oxygen concentration is 8%,the bituminous coal with water content of 2.7% releases the most heat and loses the most mass with the increase of temperature.so the bituminous coal with water content of 2.7% is most prone to spontaneous combustion.
