【摘要】 获得性反应性穿通性胶原病(ARPC)通常与多种系统性疾病相关。本文报道2例血液透析的患者发生ARPC。患者1,自血液透析后开始出现面部丘疹，渐蔓延至全身，瘙痒明显；患者2,透析13年后出现全身丘疹和瘙痒症状，两例患者均经实验室检查和皮肤组织病理学检查确诊为ARPC。治疗上患者1起初给予抗组胺治疗，效果不佳，后改为度普利尤单抗治疗，皮疹消退；患者2给予口服氯雷他定、外用糖皮质激素软膏治疗，皮疹消退。更多还原

【Abstract】 Acquired reactive perforating collagenosis(ARPC) is usually associated with a variety of systemic diseases. We report two cases with ARPC undergoing hemodialysis. For patient 1, facial papules began to appear after hemodialysis and gradually spread throughout the body, with obvious pruritus; for patient 2, systemic papules and pruritus occurred 13 years after dialysis. Both patients were diagnosed with ARPC through laboratory tests and skin histopathological examinations. In terms of treatment, patient 1 was initially given antihistamine treatment, but the effect was not good. Later, dupilumab treatment was changed, and the rash subsided; patient 2 was given oral loratadine and topical glucocorticoid ointment treatment, and the rash subsided.更多还原
