【Abstract】 Pyoderma gangrenosum is a rare neutrophilic dermatosis, its pathophysiology is not fully understood. Traditional treatments include systemic glucocorticoids and immunosuppressive therapies such as cyclosporine and cyclophosphamide, but their efficacy is often unsatisfactory. In recent years, there are more and more reports of off-label application of biological agents in the treatment of pyoderma gangrenosum in abroad. Herein, we report a case of pyoderma gangrenosum successfully treated with the IL-17A inhibitor ixekizumab and review the relevant literatures.更多还原
