【摘要】 透明细胞软骨肉瘤是一种生长缓慢、低度恶性的肿瘤，皮肤转移罕见，本文报道1例中年女性患者，左臀部丘疹及全身多发结节伴瘙痒5年余。左臀部丘疹及右臀部结节的组织病理及免疫组化结果均符合转移的透明细胞软骨肉瘤。完善PET-CT提示内脏多发性转移。患者接受化疗联合靶向药物治疗8个疗程后，病情明显好转，目前仍在随访中。更多还原

【Abstract】 Clear cell chondrosarcoma is a slow-growing and low-grade malignant tumor, its cutaneous metastasis is rare. We report a middle-aged female patient with pruritic papules on the left buttock and multiple nodules on the body for more than five years. Histopathological examination and immunohistochemical staining of the papules and nodule all revealed clear cell chondrosarcoma consistent with metastasis. The PET-CT suggested multiple visceral metastases. The patient achieved striking improvement after eight courses of chemotherapy in combination with targeted agents, the patient was still followed up.更多还原
