地方师范院校校园文化与思政教育协同育人的依据、困境与路径

【摘要】 地方师范院校校园文化与思想政治教育协同育人具有重要的理论与现实依据。二者协同育人的发展过程中出现了主动性与被动性、普遍性与特殊性、守旧性与创新性、静态性与动态性等矛盾。对此,要多元互动,构建校园文化思政育人体系;守正创新,凸显校园文化思政育人特色;融合发展,坚守校园文化思政育人根本;跟踪反馈,提升校园文化思政育人成效。

【Abstract】 The collaborative education of campus culture and ideological and political education in local normal universities has important theoretical and practical basis. The development process of collaborative education between the two has encountered contradictions such as initiative and passivity, universality and particularity,conservatism and innovation, static and dynamic. Thus,we need to adopt diverse interactions and build a campus cultural ideological and political education system; Adhering to integrity and innovation, highlighting the characteristics of ideological and political education in campus culture; Integrating development and adhering to the fundamental principles of campus culture, ideological and political education; Tracking feedback and improving the effectiveness of campus culture, ideological and political education.
