基于气-固两相流的吸粮机的设计分析

【摘要】 针对当前国内仓储散粮出仓效率低、劳动强度大、作业环境差的问题。基于气力输送原理设计了一款可移动吸粮机,并对设备进行了整体布局,对关键部位进行了优化设计。以小麦颗粒为研究对象,基于气-固两相流理论计算了装备关键参数风压、风量,针对吸粮机吸嘴的内外筒面积比和气力输送速度对吸粮机吸嘴产量和阻力影响进行了实验分析,实验结果表明当内外筒面积比为0.56,输送风速为24 m/s时输送产量最高。

【Abstract】 In view of the current problems of low efficiency, high labor intensity and poor working environment of domestic storage bulk grain, based on the principle of pneumatic conveying, a mobile grain suction machine is designed, the overall layout of the equipment is carried out, and the key parts are optimized. Taking wheat grains as the research object, based on the gas-particle two-phase flow theory, the key parameters of the equipment, wind pressure and air volume, the influence of the area ratio of the inner and outer cylinders of the suction nozzle and the pneumatic conveying speed on the yield and resistance of the suction nozzle of the grain suction machine are experimentally analyzed, the experimental results show that when the area ratio of the inner and outer cylinders is 0.56,the conveying wind speed is 24m/s, and the conveying output is the highest.
