基于虚拟现实技术的3D打印器具辅助穿刺引流术治疗高血压脑出血的疗效评价及其在医患沟通中的作用

【摘要】 目的 探讨基于虚拟现实(VR)技术的3D打印(3DP)器具辅助穿刺引流术治疗高血压脑出血的疗效评价及其在医患沟通中的作用。方法 分析2022年1月至2023年8月于河北医科大学第二医院和临城县人民医院收治的88例高血压脑出血患者临床资料,其中,实验组48例(应用基于VR技术的3D打印器具辅助血肿穿刺引流)和对照组(根据术前头颅CT阅片定位),比较两组患者血肿穿刺效能、并发症发生率以及医患沟通效果的差异性。结果 实验组穿刺置管准确率、血肿清除率、肺部感染发生率、PDRQ-13分值以及3个月和6个月格拉斯哥评分(GOS)评分均优于对照组(P<0.05);实验组手术时间、再出血发生率和术后引流管留置时间均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 基于VR技术的的3DP器具辅助穿刺引流术治疗高血压脑出血,能够优化手术方案、提升医患满意度,而且可提高穿刺准确率和血肿清除率、减低并发症和改善患者预后。

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate application efficiency of puncture drainage of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage(HICH) assisted by 3D printing equipment based on VR technology and its role in doctor-patient communication.Methods The clinical data of 88 patients with HICH admitted to the Department of Neurosurgery,the Second Hospital of Hebei Medical University and Lincheng County People’s Hospital from January 2022 to August 2023 were retrospectively analyzed.48 patients of experimental group received hematoma puncture and catheter drainage assisted by a 3D printed equipment based on virtual reality(VR) technology,while 40 of control group received traditional punctures according to preoperative cranial CT findings.The efficiency of hematoma puncture,complication rate and PDRQ-13 score were compared between two groups.Results The accuracy rate of catheter insertion,hematoma clearance rate,incidence of departmental infection,quality of doctor-patient satisfaction and GOS score at 3 months and 6 months in the experimental group were better than those in the control group(P <0.05).The operation time,the incidence of rebleeding and the retention time of postoperative drainage tube in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group(P <0.05).Conclusion puncture drainage of HICH assisted by3D printing equipment based on VR technology,can not only optimize the surgical plan and improve the efficiency of doctor-patient satisfaction,but also elevate the puncture accuracy rate and hematoma clearance rate,reduce complications and improve the prognosis of patients.
