【摘要】 目的 对3种粒细胞集落刺激因子（G-CSF）进行临床快速综合评价，为此类药物的临床使用和药品遴选提供数据参考。方法 参考《中国医疗机构药品评价与遴选快速指南（第2版）》（简称《指南》），汇总药品说明书、国内外官方网站数据、循证医学证据等，通过药学特性、有效性、安全性、经济性及其他属性，对3种长效G-CSF（硫培非格司亭、拓培非格司亭与艾贝格司亭α）进行临床综合评价。结果 3种药物得分均>70分，评价结果为推荐。硫培非格司亭（75.13分）的有效性、安全性及其他属性较好；拓培非格司亭（2.0/1.0 mg;73.36/71.85分）的药学特性较好；艾贝格司亭α(73.00分)的经济性较好。结论 3种药品均推荐进入药品供应目录，且在不同属性中各有优势。通过《指南》对G-CSF类药物进行快速评价，可以为医疗机构遴选提供参考，也可为临床合理用药提供建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate 3 kinds of granulocyte colony-stimulating factors(G-CSF)by rapid comprehensive clinical evaluation,and provide data reference for the clinical use and drug selection of the drugs. Methods Referring to the "Quick Guidelines for Drug Evaluation and Selection in Chinese Medical Institutions(2nd Edition)"(hereinafter referred to as the "Guideline"),drug instructions,official website data at home and abroad,evidence-based medicine evidence,etc. were summarized. Through pharmaceutical characteristics,efficacy,safety,economy,and other attributes,a comprehensive clinical evaluation was conducted on 3 kinds of long-acting G-CSF(mecapegfilgrastim,telpegfilgrastim,and efbemalenograstim α). Results The scores of the three drugs were all above 70 points,and the evaluation result was recommended. The effectiveness,safety,and other attributes of mecapegfilgrastim(75. 13 points) were relatively good;the pharmaceutical properties of telpegfilgrastim(2. 0/1. 0 mg,73. 36/71. 85 points) were good;the economic efficiency of efbemalenograstim α(73. 00 points) was relatively good. Conclusion All three drugs are recommended to enter the drug supply catalog,and each has its own advantages in different attributes.
