【摘要】 目的 规范心脏介入诊疗术中电击除颤护理工作，为临床实践提供相关参考依据。方法 本共识组基于现有循证医学及护理证据进行系统回顾，运用文献分析法，结合国内各专家函询结果，形成心脏介入诊疗术中电击除颤护理专家共识（《共识》）。结果 《共识》介绍了心脏电除颤的原理及适应证、除颤的规范和除颤后的护理要点等。结论 《共识》基于现有循证医学证据，结合专家意见形成，具有较强的实用性及科学性。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objectives To standardize the nursing work of electric shock defibrillation during interventional cardiac diagnosis and treatment,and to provide relevant reference for clinical practice. Methods This consensus group conducted a systematic review of existing evidence-based medicine and nursing evidence,applied literature analysis,and combined with the correspondence results of domestic experts to form a consensus of nursing experts on electric shock defibrillation during cardiac interventional diagnosis and treatment（“Consensus”）. Results “Consensus”introduced the principle and indications of electrical defibrillation of the heart,the norms of defibrillation and the nursing points after defibrillation. Conclusions “Consensus”is formed based on the existing evidence-based medical evidence and expert opinions,and has strong practicability and scientific nature.更多还原
