【摘要】 因缺乏精确记载，以往学界对道光年间商船输入上海的饼豆数量存在极大分歧。而在清代上海举办慈善活动留下的“征信录”中，留有不少豆捐、船捐的抽捐记录，抽捐多依据交易量和航次征收，且具有强制性，因此可以反映当时的饼豆交易量和运载量。对抽捐记录进行分析和计算可知，道光十一年至三十年间，每年商船输入上海的饼豆数量应在213万石—378万石之间。由此亦可看出，以往史料所称商船每年向上海输送货物达1 000万石的说法，明显有所夸大。更多还原

【Abstract】 The present paper, delving into credit records of charity activities, which shed light on the transporting and trading volume of soyabean and soyabean cake in Shanghai, contends that the correct quantity of imported soyabean and soyabean cake should be 2.13-3.78 milliondanand thus the assertion that 10 milliondanwas imported into Shanghai a year was obviously an exaggeration.更多还原
