【摘要】 研究完善森林认证体系是打破国际市场贸易壁垒的重要手段。通过分析林产品贸易的必要性和林产品贸易研究进程，厘清森林认证的基本内涵，总结了自21世纪以来，我国开展FSC森林认证实践经验与教训，探寻了新时代林产品贸易发展脉络。结果表明：森林认证已经成为林产品贸易的重要影响因素，林产品贸易面临“一带一路”倡议和国家储备林建设的历史机遇，当务之急在于多层面积极转变发展方式。研究认为森林认证是林产品贸易在国家综合实力中的象征与体现，森林高质量发展与林产品贸易双重要求下建设国家储备林，提高绿色科技竞争力，提升林产品质量，加快形成新质生产力，推进中国林产品从贸易大国向贸易强国迈进。更多还原

【Abstract】 Studying and improving the forest certification system is an important means to break the trade barriers in the international market. By analyzing the necessity of forest product trade and the research process of forest product trade, the basic connotation of forest certification was clarified, and the practical experience and lessons of FSC forest certification in our country were summarized since the 21st century, and the development of forest product trade in the new era was explored. The results show that forest certification has become an important influencing factor for forest products trade, and forest products trade has experienced the historical opportunity of the "Belt and Road" initiative and the construction of national reserve forests. The top priority is to actively transform the development mode at multiple levels. The study believes that forest certification is the symbol and embodiment of forest product trade in the comprehensive strength of the country. Under the dual requirements of high-quality forest development and forest product trade, the construction of national reserve forests can improve the competitiveness of green science and technology, improve the quality of forest products, accelerate the formation of new quality productivity, and promote our country’s forest products from a trading country to a trading power.更多还原
