【摘要】 基于2009—2019年中国对RCEP成员国的跨境电商出口数据，通过交易成本理论视角从基础设施（运输成本）、通关环境（清关成本）、跨境物流服务能力（服务成本）层面构建RCEP成员国跨境物流的指标体系，利用基于广义矩估计的面板向量自回归模型（PVAR-GMM）来研究跨境电商与跨境物流的互动关系。实证结果表明：跨境电商和跨境物流有长期稳定的均衡关系，基础设施与跨境电商有双向因果关系，基础设施对跨境电商的影响程度最大，在短期内跨境电商与跨境物流存在互相抑制的关系，但从长期来看基础设施与跨境电商则会相互促进，跨境电商的发展会促进跨境物流服务能力的提升。研究结果能为RCEP框架下跨境电商与跨境物流的协同发展提供可行路径。更多还原

【Abstract】 Based on China’s cross-border e-commerce export data to RCEP member countries from 2009 to 2019, this study constructs an indicator system for cross-border logistics of RCEP member countries from the perspective of transaction cost theory, including infrastructure(transportation cost), customs environment(customs clearance cost), and cross-border logistics service capability(service cost). The study utilizes a Panel Vector Autoregression model with Generalized Method of Moments estimation(PVAR-GMM) to investigate the interactive relationship between cross-border e-commerce and cross-border logistics. The empirical results indicate a long-term and stable equilibrium relationship between cross-border e-commerce and cross-border logistics.Infrastructure and cross-border e-commerce exhibit bidirectional causal relationships, with infrastructure having the greatest impact on cross-border e-commerce. In the short term, there exists a mutual inhibitory relationship between cross-border e-commerce and cross-border logistics. However, in the long run, infrastructure and cross-border e-commerce mutually reinforce each other, as the development of cross-border e-commerce stimulates the enhancement of cross-border logistics service capability. The findings of this study provide feasible pathways for the coordinated development of cross-border e-commerce and cross-border logistics within the framework of RCEP.更多还原
