【Abstract】 Centralized bidding and procurement improves the bargaining power of large enterprise groups and helps to reduce the procurement costs of enterprises.Based on the perspective of multi-value chain,the key influencing factors of procurement cost are explored,taking the centralized bidding and procurement of steel materials of a large enterprise group as an example,through spatial statistical analysis and construction of spatial panel model,the difference between the key influencing factors and the procurement cost of each project unit under the enterprise group is analyzed,and the cost control strategy under this procurement mode is proposed,which is helpful for other enterprise groups to coordinate resource scheduling and cost control based on the regional characteristics of each subordinate project unit.更多还原
