虚拟仿真技术助力教育硕士生教学反思能力培养的价值向度与实践逻辑

【摘要】 教学反思能力是教育硕士生的关键能力,富有成效的教学反思有助于其内化教育理论、关注教学实践、实现专业自主发展。虚拟仿真技术将现实世界与虚拟世界相结合,构建丰富、逼真、可操控的教学实践情境,能够打破高校与中小学校之间的时空壁垒,使教育硕士生通过沉浸式体验、精深化反思和应用性检验,有效提升教学反思能力。这需要高校建设虚拟仿真教学平台,建立虚实结合的教学实践体系,建构大中小学一体化虚拟教研室,实现教育硕士生“在场式”“统整式”“互动式”教学反思。

【Abstract】 Teaching reflection ability is the key ability for masters of education, and effective teaching reflection can help students internalize educational theories, focus on teaching practice, and achieve professional self-development. Virtual simulation technology constructs the rich, realistic and manipulable teaching environment by means of combination of the real world with the virtual world, which break the time-space barriers between universities and primary and secondary schools, thus enabling masters of education to effectively improve their teaching reflection ability through immersive experiences, in-depth reflection, and practical testing. This research suggests that colleges and universities should build teaching platforms of virtual simulation, establish the teaching practice system combining virtuality and reality, and construct the integrated virtual teaching and research departments of universities and primary and secondary schools, so as to achieve “on-site”, “integrated” and “interactive” teaching reflection for masters of education.
