【摘要】 综述了微藻ω-3脂肪酸的生物合成途径、在食品工业中的应用及其生产工艺优化策略，展望了微藻产业的发展前景，以期为工业化生产富集微藻ω-3脂肪酸提供参考。

【Abstract】 The biosynthesis pathway of microalgae ω-3 fatty acids, application in the food industry, and optimization strategy of production process were summarized. The development prospect of the microalgae industry was prospected, in order to provide reference enriching and industrial production of microalgae ω-3 fatty acids.
