玉米中真菌毒素的类型、污染现状及控制对策的研究进展

【摘要】 我国是全球第二大玉米生产国,每年由于真菌毒素造成大量玉米数量损失。因此,全面了解玉米真菌毒素的类型、污染现状及防治措施尤为重要。阐述了玉米中真菌毒素的类型,包括新型真菌毒素和隐蔽型真菌毒素;介绍了国内外玉米中真菌毒素污染现状,提出了对真菌毒素的控制措施,并对玉米中真菌及真菌毒素未来的研究方向进行展望。

【Abstract】 China is the second-largest producer of maize in the world, and mycotoxins cause significant losses in maize production every year. Therefore, it is crucial to have a thorough awareness of the various forms of maize mycotoxins, their causes, and mitigation strategies. This paper introduced the current status of maize fungal development at home and abroad, summarized the relationship between mycotoxin and moldy grains. Then described the types of maize mycotoxins, including novel mycotoxins and hidden mycotoxins, the causes of maize mycotoxin production, divided into two time points for analysis, and the storage fungi produced during storage. Finally, the relationship between fungus and mycotoxins is examined, and mycotoxin control strategies are introduced.
