【Abstract】 China is the second-largest producer of maize in the world, and mycotoxins cause significant losses in maize production every year. Therefore, it is crucial to have a thorough awareness of the various forms of maize mycotoxins, their causes, and mitigation strategies. This paper introduced the current status of maize fungal development at home and abroad, summarized the relationship between mycotoxin and moldy grains. Then described the types of maize mycotoxins, including novel mycotoxins and hidden mycotoxins, the causes of maize mycotoxin production, divided into two time points for analysis, and the storage fungi produced during storage. Finally, the relationship between fungus and mycotoxins is examined, and mycotoxin control strategies are introduced.更多还原
