【摘要】 北斗产业作为中国高科技产业的组成部分，能有效推动经济社会高质量发展。江西省发展北斗产业虽有一定基础与条件，但面临着全国北斗产业聚集与竞争格局加快形成，而江西省北斗产业发展起步相对较晚、短板依然明显的现实问题。加快培育与发展北斗产业，江西省应突出“基础产品聚集发展，应用场景特色发展，运营服务生态发展”策略，制定和落实“一核两区三层级”产业空间布局，重点突破“高精度基础产品”“北斗+大数据”“北斗+低空经济”“北斗+智能穿戴”四类相关产业，且要健全产业发展机制、夯实产业培育与发展平台、完善产业应用场景建设、优化企业引育模式。更多还原

【Abstract】 As a component of China’s high-tech industry, the Beidou satellite navigation industry can effectively promote high-quality economic and social development. Although Jiangxi Province has a certain foundation and conditions for developing the Beidou satellite navigation industry, it faces practical problems such as the accelerated formation of the national Beidou satellite navigation industry cluster and intensified competition, as well as the relatively late start and obvious shortcomings of the Beidou satellite navigation industry in Jiangxi Province. To accelerate the cultivation and development of the Beidou satellite navigation industry, Jiangxi Province should highlight the development strategy of "clustering of basic products, characteristic development of application scenarios, and ecological development of operation services", formulate and implement the industrial spatial layout of "one core, two zones, and three levels", focus on breaking through the four related industries of "high-precision basic products", "Beidou+big data", "Beidou+low altitude economy", "Beidou+intelligent wearables", and improve the industrial development mechanism, consolidate the industrial cultivation and development platform, perfect the construction of industrial application scenarios, and optimize the enterprise incubation mode.更多还原
