【Abstract】 The digital economy is essentially an economic activity driven by the effective use of information and communication technologies(ICT) to drive productivity growth and economic structure optimization. The scale of the digital economy in Jiangxi Province continues to expand, and the comprehensive level of industrial structure optimization is showing a growth trend, but it is still lower than the average level in the central region. The role of ICT application in the upgrading of industrial structure in Jiangxi Province is to first suppress and then promote the rationalization of industrial structure, but the effect is not significant. Therefore, the development of digital economy in Jiangxi Province should break through regional limitations and build a unified digital economy industry ecosystem throughout the province, implement differentiated digital economy development policies to promote regional balanced development, cultivate digital talents and promote the connotative growth of the digital economy, and strengthen land use security for digital economy industry projects.更多还原
