【Abstract】 The academic community has been paying attention to the research on the issue of the new rural collective economy, and has defined and summarized the concept and characteristics of the new rural collective economy from different perspectives. Rural collective economy is not equivalent to cooperative economy, collective assets, specific organizational and operational forms, and collective individual economy. The definition of the new rural collective economy should focus on its core elements such as ownership status, management subject, implementation form, and value function. After the reform of the rural collective property rights system in 2016, it has presented five new characteristics: new property rights relationships, new governance structures, new business models, new development paths, and new distribution principles and plans.更多还原
