【摘要】 高质量推动习近平法治思想“三进”，改进高校法治教育，是高校思政课的重要任务。在目标取向上，要以持续提升大学生尊法学法守法用法的法治素养为目标，使法治成为学生的思维方式和行为习惯；在内容定位上，要以立场引导、价值塑造和思维养成为导向，重点阐明习近平法治思想的人民立场、公平正义价值观和科学方法论；在建设路径上，要以思政课为载体，深刻认识“三进”工作的政治性、必要性，着力提升教师的专业性、主导性，高度重视“三进”传播的系统性、实践性，充分发挥学生的积极性、主动性，进而真正实现“进头脑”。更多还原

【Abstract】 High-quality promotion of“Three Advancements”of Xi Jinping Thought on the Rule of Law and improvement of legal education in universities are important tasks of ideological and political education in universities. In terms of target orientation,the goal is to continuously enhance students,legal awareness and their ability to respect, learn, abide by, and use the law, making rule of law a part of their thinking patterns and behavioral habits. In terms of content positioning, the focus should be on guiding students,perspectives, shaping their values, and cultivating their thinking, with an emphasis on clarifying the people-oriented stance, fairness and justice values, and scientific methodology of Xi Jinping Thought on the Rule of Law. In terms of construction path, ideological and political courses should be used as the main platform to deeply understand the political significance and necessity of the“Three Advancements”work, enhance the professionalism and leadership of teachers, and pay close attention to the systematization and practicality of the“Three Advancements”dissemination.
