消毒机对NDV和IBV消毒及鸡舍除臭效果的检测与评价
Detection and evaluation of the disinfection effect on NDV and IBV and deodorization effect in chicken houses
【摘要】 试验旨在研究消毒机对空气中新城疫病毒(NDV) Lasota株和传染性支气管炎病毒(IBV) HV80株的消毒效果及在鸡舍内除臭效果。将两种病毒在试验仓中形成气溶胶,测定使用消毒机消毒后不同时间点试验仓中的病毒效价,与对照组比较后计算病毒消杀率。在养殖数量为2 000羽的蛋鸡舍开展除臭试验,设5个臭气采集点,分别于消毒机使用前后共5个时间点,采用氨气和硫化氢二合一便携式检测仪检测鸡舍内氨气和硫化氢浓度并计算臭气降解率。结果显示:消毒机运行40 min对NDV Lasota株消杀率达99.99%,运行20 min对IBV HV80株的消杀率达99.87%。消毒机运行60 min后对鸡舍中氨气和硫化氢的降解率均达到90%以上。研究表明,消毒机不仅对病毒具有良好的消杀能力,同时对于鸡舍环境的改善也具有较好的辅助作用。
【Abstract】 The aim of this experiment was to study the disinfection effect of sanitizer on Newcastle disease virus(NDV)Lasota strain and infectious bronchitis virus(IBV) HV80 strain in the air, and the deodorization effect in the chicken house.The two viruses were formed into aerosols in the test chamber, and the virus titer in the test chamber at different time points after disinfection with the sterilizer was determined, and the virus elimination rate was calculated after comparison with the control group. A deodorization test was carried out in a laying hen house with 2 000 eggs, and five odor collection points were set up. A portable detector of ammonia and hydrogen sulfide was used to detect the concentration of ammonia and hydrogen sulfide in the hen house and calculate the odor degradation rate at five time points before and after the sterilizer was used. The results showed that the sterilization rate of NDV Lasota strain was 99.99% after 40 min operation, and the sterilization rate of IBV HV80 strain was 99.87% after 20 min operation. After 60 min operation, the degradation rate of ammonia and hydrogen sulfide in the chicken house reached more than 90%. The research shows that the sterilizer not only has a good ability to kill the virus, but also has a good auxiliary effect on the improvement of the environment of the chicken house.
