【摘要】 猫传染性腹膜炎（FIP）是由猫冠状病毒（FCoV）突变引起的一种猫科动物高致命性疾病，曾因缺乏有效的治疗药物而被视为不治之症。新型冠状病毒感染（COVID-19）疫情加速了抗冠状病毒药物的研究进程，近年来多款药物通过添加新适应证已获批准用于治疗COVID-19，并在一定程度上取得了显著疗效，医学研究的进步也为兽医领域中FIP的治疗带来了新方向。文章总结了FIP的流行病学以及目前主要的治疗方案，之后从抗病毒机制入手探讨了几种抗COVID-19药物与猫传染性腹膜炎病毒（FIPV）的内在联系，以期为临床治疗FIP的新药开发提供参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 Feline infectious peritonitis(FIP), a highly fatal feline disease caused by feline coronavirus(FCoV) mutations,was once considered incurable due to the lack of effective drugs to treat it. The Novel Coronavirus Pneumonia(COVID-19) epidemic has accelerated the research process of anti-coronavirus drugs. In recent years, a number of drugs have been approved for the treatment of COVID-19 by adding new indications, and to some extent, remarkable effects have been achieved. The progress of medical research has also brought new directions for the treatment of FIP in the veterinary field. This article summarizes the epidemiology of FIP and the current main treatment options, and then discusses the internal relationship between several anti-COVID-19 drugs and feline infectious peritonitis virus(FIPV)from the perspective of antiviral mechanism, in order to provide references for the development of new drugs for clinical treatment of FIP.更多还原
