供体超数排卵和受体同期发情方法对秋季老龄辽宁绒山羊胚胎移植效果的影响

【摘要】 试验旨在应用胚胎移植技术提高优质老龄辽宁绒山羊母羊遗传资源利用效率。在秋季以8只平均年龄6.75岁优质辽宁绒山羊母羊做供体、28只平均年龄6.64岁辽宁绒山羊和与奶山羊杂交母羊做受体,采用公羊试情法和手术法子宫角冲取胚胎方法,比较不同超数排卵、同期发情方法对老龄绒山羊胚胎移植效果的影响。结果显示:超数排卵方法Ⅱ组供体母羊发情率、平均可用胚胎数和可利用率显著高于超数排卵方法Ⅰ组(P<0.05);同期发情方法Ⅰ组受体母羊发情率高于同期发情方法Ⅱ组,但差异不显著(P>0.05);供体超数排卵方法Ⅱ+受体同期发情方法Ⅱ组胚胎移植受体母羊妊娠率显著高于供体超数排卵方法Ⅰ+受体同期发情方法Ⅰ组(P<0.05),产羔率高于供体超数排卵方法Ⅰ+受体同期发情方法Ⅰ组,但差异不显著(P>0.05)。根据胚胎移植受体母羊产羔情况,验证B超早期妊娠诊断准确率为91.67%(11/12),B超早期妊娠诊断检出率为88.89%(8/9)。研究表明,超数排卵方法Ⅱ组供体母羊超数排卵效果最好,超数排卵方法Ⅱ+同期发情方法Ⅱ组胚胎移植妊娠率、产羔率最高,是老龄辽宁绒山羊母羊胚胎移植最佳技术方法。

【Abstract】 The experiment was conducted to explore the application of embryo transfer technology to improve the efficiency of genetic resources utilization of high-quality aged Liaoning cashmere goat ewe. In autumn, eight high-quality Liaoning cashmere goat ewes with an average age of 6.75 years old and 28 Liaoning cashmere goat and dairy goat cross ewes with an average age of 6.64 years old were used as recipients, and to compare the effects of different superovulation and estrus synchronization methods on embryo transfer in aged cashmere goats. The results showed as follows: The estrus rate, average number of available embryos and availability of donor ewes in the superovulation group Ⅱ were significantly higher than those in the superovulation group Ⅰ(P<0.05). The estrus rate of recipient estrus in group Ⅰ was higher than that in group Ⅱ, but the difference was not significant(P>0.05). The pregnancy rate of recipient ewes in donor superovulation method Ⅱ+ recipient simultaneous estrus method Ⅱ group was significantly higher than that in donor superovulation method Ⅰ+ recipient simultaneous estrus method Ⅰ group(P<0.05), and the lambing rate was higher than that in donor superovulation method Ⅰ+ recipient simultaneous estrus method Ⅰ group, but the difference was not significant(P>0.05). According to the lambing situation of ewe receiving embryo transfer, the accuracy rate of early pregnancy diagnosis by B-ultrasound was 91.67%(11/12), and the detection rate of early pregnancy diagnosis by B-ultrasound was 88.89%(8/9). The results showed that the superovulation method Ⅱ group had the best effect on donor ewes, and the superovulation method Ⅱ+ simultaneous estrus method Ⅱ group had the highest pregnancy rate and lambing rate, which was the best technique for embryo transfer of old Liaoning cashmere goat ewes.
