下丘脑分泌的促摄食激素

【摘要】 下丘脑与摄食行为相关的一级神经核主要是弓状核,其能够分泌刺鼠色蛋白相关肽(agouti-related peptide, AgRP)、神经肽Y(neuropeptide Y, NPY)、黑素浓集激素(melanin concentration hormone, MCH)、增食欲素(orexin)、甘丙肽(galanin)等促进摄食的激素.这些激素可以通过旁分泌或内分泌方式直接作用于相关的肠黏膜细胞和中枢神经细胞,或通过刺激迷走神经间接影响中枢神经细胞,从而影响进食和能量代谢.综述这些促摄食激素的分布位置、序列特点以及作用途径,为临床营养保健提供有益的参考.

【Abstract】 The primary nervous nucleus in the hypothalamus that regulates feeding behavior is the arcuate nucleus. This nucleus secretes hormones such as agouti-related peptide(AgRP), neuropeptide Y(NPY), melanin-concentrating hormone(MCH), orexin, and galanin, which promote feeding. These hormones can act directly on intestinal mucosal cells and central nervous system cells through paracrine and endocrine pathways, or indirectly on central nervous system cells by stimulating the vagus nerve. By influencing food intake and energy metabolism, these hormones play a crucial role. This review aims to explore the location, sequence characteristics, and pathways of action of these dietary hormones, providing valuable insights for clinical nutrition and healthcare.
