我国农田土壤微塑料污染的现实困境及防治策略

【摘要】 近年来,微塑料作为一种新型污染物逐渐引发社会关注,土壤相比其他环境要素更容易成为微塑料污染物的消纳地。目前,我国农田土壤微塑料污染的治理面临政策监督及立法监管不足、环境质量监测与评估机制不明、风险交互及联动治理意识缺失等诸多问题,通过完善土壤微塑料治理规则制度体系,构建农用地土壤微塑料环境质量标准,形成微塑料治理跨部门联动协调机制,开发受污染农田土壤修复制度方案,为我国农田土壤微塑料污染整个流程的治理提供新的思路和方法。

【Abstract】 In recent years, microplastics, as a new type of pollutant, have gradually attracted the attention of the society, and soil is more likely to become a place for microplastic pollutants than other environmental elements. At present, the management of microplastic contamination in agricultural soils in China is facing many problems, such as insufficient policy supervision and legislation, unknown environmental quality monitoring and assessment mechanism, and lack of awareness of risk interaction and joint management, etc. By improving the system of rules and regulations on the management of soil microplastics, constructing the environmental quality standards for microplastics in soils of agricultural land, forming a cross-sectoral coordination mechanism for microplastic management, and developing a remediation system for contaminated agricultural soils, we can provide new ideas and methods for the management of the whole process of microplastic contamination in Chinese agricultural soils.
