信息化管理系统在救护车急救物品管理中的应用研究

【摘要】 目的:探讨信息化管理系统在救护车急救物品管理中的应用效果。方法:选取2023年6月至2024年2月接受院前急救服务的患者为研究对象,以信息化系统应用时间前后将患者分为对照组与观察组,各120例。对照组救护车急救物品采用常规人工管理方式,观察组救护车急救物品采用信息化系统管理。比较两组急救物品的使用准确率、过期率和缺失率、患者的现场处置时间、院内生存人数和死亡人数。结果:观察组急救物品的使用准确率明显高于对照组,急救物品的过期率和缺失率均明显低于对照组(P均<0.05);观察组患者的现场处置时间与死亡人数均明显低于对照组,院内生存人数明显高于对照组(P均<0.05)。结论:信息化管理系统可提高救护车急救物品的使用准确率,降低急救物品的过期率和缺失率,有利于降低患者的急救现场处置时间与院内死亡人数,提高患者的院内生存率。

【Abstract】 Objective:To explore the application effect of information management system in the management of ambulance emergency supplies. Methods:Patients who received pre-hospital emergency services in our hospital from Jun 2023 to Feb 2024 were selected as the research subjects. The patientswere divided into control group and observation groupused the application time of the information system before and after,andeach groupwas 120 cases. The control group’s ambulance emergency supplies were managed using conventional manual methods,while the observation group’s ambulance emergency supplies were managed using an information system. The usage accuracy,expiration rate,and missing rate of two groups of emergency supplies,as well as the on-site disposal time,in-hospital survival rate and mortality rate werecomparedbetween the two groups. Results:The accuracy of using first aid items in the observation group was significantlyhigher than that in the control group,and the expiration and missing rates of first aid items were significantlylower than those in the control group(all P<0.05). The on-site disposal time and number of deaths in the observation group patients were significantlylower than those inthe control group,and the hospital survival rate was significantly higher than that in the control group(all P<0.05). Conclusion:The information management system can improve the accuracy of the use of ambulance emergency supplies,reduce the expiration and missing rates of emergency supplies,and reduce the on-site disposal time of patients and the number of hospital deaths,thereby improving the hospital survival rate of patients.
