基于旋转超重力机的固体制剂除尘装置设计与模拟

【摘要】 固体制剂生产时容易产生大量粉尘,如果处理不当,对生产过程和药品质量都会产生很大影响。旋转超重力机具有高效传质和分离性能,设备体积小,开停车方便,已成熟应用于化工分离、环境保护等领域。采用Solidworks软件对设备进行建模和组件设计,使用Fluent软件对设备内流体流动状态进行模拟和分析,从而得到设备内部各个零件的最优参数。

【Abstract】 It is easy to produce a lot of dust during producing solid preparations, and if it is not handled properly, it can have a significant impact on the production process and drug quality. The rotating super gravity machine has efficient mass transfer and separation performance, small equipment volume, convenient start and stop, and has been widely used in fields such as chemical separation and environmental protection. In this article, Solidworks software was used to model and design components for the equipment, and Fluent software was used to simulate and analyze the fluid flow state inside the equipment, in order to obtain the optimal parameters of various parts inside the equipment.
