【摘要】 感染后咳嗽(Post-infectious cough, PIC)是一种亚急性咳嗽，发病时主要表现为咳嗽症状持续存在，并无器质性病变。临床中部分感染后咳嗽患者运用常规的散寒、清热或润燥等方法不能取得预期的疗效，晁恩祥国医大师结合多年临床经验，将此类感染后咳嗽患者归为风咳，指出其核心病机为“风邪犯肺、肺气失宣”,治疗上应遵循“疏风宣肺、止咳利咽”的治则。陈生教授作为晁恩祥国医大师的学术传承人，在临床中针对此类患者治疗时多选用晁恩祥国医大师所创苏黄止咳汤加减。郝小梅教授将气学说归纳为自然之气、人体之气、病邪之气和药食之气，味学说即五味理论。本文从气味理论的角度分析了苏黄止咳汤在此类感染后咳嗽患者中的应用。方中用药部位包括叶、根茎及果实等，强调了天地二气交感的重要性，全方寒温并用，辛苦并施，宣降同调，组方严格遵守气味理论，共奏疏风宣肺，止咳利咽之效，疗效显著。更多还原

【Abstract】 Post-infectious cough(PIC)is a subacute cough that occurs after infection, characterized mainly by persistent cough symptoms without organic lesions.In clinical practice, some PIC patients do not respond as expected to conventional methods such as dispersing cold, clearing heat, or moistening dryness.Chinese medical master CHAO Enxiang, drawing on years of clinical experience, categorizes such PIC patients as suffering from wind-cough, identifying the core pathogenesis as“invasion of wind evil into the lungs, and loss of dissemination of lung Qi.”Treatment should follow the principle of“dispelling wind and disseminating lung Qi, stopping cough and benefiting the throat.”Professor CHEN Sheng, as the academic successor of Chinese medical master CHAO Enxiang, often employs CHAO Enxiang’s Su Huang Zhi Ke Tang with modifications in clinical treatment of such patients.Professor HAO Xiaomei summarizes the theory of aromas as natural Qi, human Qi, pathogenic Qi, and medicinal Qi, while the theory of flavors refers to the theory of five tastes.This article analyzes the application of Su Huang Zhi Ke Tang in these PIC patients from odor theory.The medicinal ingredients in the formula include leaves, roots, stems, and fruits, emphasizing the importance of the interaction between heaven and earth’s Qi.The formula uses both cold and warm properties, along with pungent and bitter flavors, to disseminate and descend while harmonizing, strictly adhering to Odor theory, thus achieving significant effects in dispersing wind, disseminating lung Qi, stopping cough, and benefiting the throat.更多还原
