【Abstract】 Protecting social vulnerable groups is beneficial for building a socialist harmonious society and is even more conducive to achieving common prosperity. Deontological ethics, utilitarianism, and virtue ethics posit that protecting social vulnerable populations serves to uphold human dignity, enhance the overall happiness of society, and cultivate individuals of moral character. However,these theories often overlook the practical constraints imposed by the social environment on individual development. The protection of social vulnerable groups should be guided by Marxist ethics, transcending the quagmire of abstract moral theorizing. To achieve this, it is necessary to establish comprehensive social security mechanisms, respect the subjective personalities of social vulnerable groups, leverage the leadership role of capable individuals, and continually improve methods in social practice.更多还原
