振动式油橄榄采收机机架有限元分析

【摘要】 为研制具有高强度和刚度的机架,以满足油橄榄采收机的作业需求。采用Solidworks对油橄榄采收机的机架进行三维建模,并利用Ansys Workbench对机架进行静态结构分析和模态分析。结果表明:机架在静载荷下,最大位移为0.022 mm、最大应力为6.69 MPa,说明机架承受的应力应变均满足设计要求;模态分析得到的机架前15阶固有频率主要在81.6~267.9 Hz,与外界激励频率不在同一区间,作业期间不会产生共振。采用模态叠加法,通过谐响应分析确定了机架的振动幅值与激振频率的关系,求出了机架的共振频率点,确定了可能发生大幅振动的频率范围在76.36~95.45 Hz,经验核机架符合设计要求。对机架进行轻量化设计,优化后的机架在满足工况使用条件的同时机架质量减轻了14.3%,实现轻量化目标。可为油橄榄采收机结构优化提供参考。

【Abstract】 In order to develop a frame with sufficient high strength and stiffness to meet the operational requirements of olive harvester, this study adopts the simulation software Solidworks to model the frame of olive harvester in three dimensions, and uses Ansys Workbench to carry out the static structural analysis and modal analysis of the frame, and the results show that: under the static load, the maximum displacement of the frame is 0.022 mm, the maximum stress is 6.69 MPa, and the stress-strain of the frame meets the design requirements; the first 15 orders of the intrinsic frequency obtained by finite element modal analysis are mainly 81.6~267 Hz. The maximum displacement of the rack under static load is 0.022 mm, the maximum stress is 6.69 MPa, and the stress-strain of the rack meets the design requirements; the first 15 orders of intrinsic frequency of the rack obtained by finite element modal analysis are mainly in the range of 81.6~267.9 Hz, which is not in the same interval with the external excitation frequency, and will not produce resonance during the operation. Using the modal superposition method, the relationship between the vibration amplitude of the rack and the excitation frequency is determined by harmonic response analysis, and the resonance frequency point of the rack is found out, and it is determined that the frequency range in which it may vibrate substantially is 76.36~95.45 Hz, and the rack is empirically verified to be in line with the design requirements.Through the lightweight design of the rack, the optimized rack meets the working conditions while the quality of the rack is reduced by 14.3% to achieve the goal of lightweight. This study can provide a reference for the structure optimization of olive harvesting machine.
