辣椒种绳播种技术及其排种机构研究

【摘要】 针对传统辣椒移栽种植法存在的劳动密集、种植密度难以控制等问题,设计了一种新型辣椒绳编播种机构。该机械装置致力于提高辣椒种植效率,按照预定的种距将种子排放在纸带上,并捻制成统一规格的种绳结构,优化了植株的种植密度和生长均匀性。确定了辣椒种绳编织机的主要机构及排种器等关键部件的工作参数,确保机械装置在不同环境条件下稳定高效运行,为辣椒种植业提供了一种高效可行的解决方案。

【Abstract】 In this study, a new type of pepper rope weaving sowing mechanism was designed to address the labor-intensive and difficult to control planting density issues of traditional pepper transplanting and planting methods. This mechanical device is dedicated to improving the efficiency of chili pepper cultivation. The seeds are arranged on paper tapes according to the predetermined seed spacing and twisted into a uniform rope structure, optimizing the planting density and growth uniformity of the plants. The working parameters of the main mechanism and key components such as the seeder of the chili seed rope weaving machine have been determined to ensure the stable and efficient operation of the mechanical device under different environmental conditions. This provides an efficient and feasible solution for the chili pepper cultivation industry.
