【摘要】 近年来，肾细胞癌（RCC）的分子靶向治疗飞速发展，产生了多种靶向治疗药物，大大提高了晚期转移性RCC患者的生存率，但是由于耐药性的存在，患者往往无法获得完全缓解。因此，掌握耐药性的发生机制、克服靶向治疗的耐药性，才能提高临床治疗效果。本文就RCC分子靶向治疗的耐药机制进行讨论，以期为临床科研工作提供一定的理论依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 In recent years, molecular targeted therapy for renal cell carcinoma(RCC) has developed rapidly, resulting in a variety of targeted therapies, which greatly improve the survival rate of patients with advanced metastatic renal cancer,but due to the presence of drug resistance, patients often cannot achieve complete remission. Only by grasping the mechanism of drug resistance can we overcome the drug resistance of targeted therapy and improve the therapeutic effect. In this paper, the resistance mechanism of molecular targeted therapy is discussed, which provides a theoretical basis for future clinical research work.更多还原
