AQP1在胆囊胆固醇结石中的表达及临床意义

【摘要】 目的 探讨水通道蛋白1(Aquaporin 1,AQP1)在胆囊胆固醇结石中的表达情况以及其临床意义。方法 收集2021年1月至2022年1月100例接受胆囊切除手术患者的临床资料。根据病理诊断结果,分为胆囊胆固醇结石组和胆囊息肉组。采用免疫组化和RT-PCR技术检测胆囊上皮细胞中AQP1的表达水平,比较两组胆囊组织中AQP1的表达差异。结果 免疫组化结果显示,结石组胆囊黏膜中AQP1表达明显较少,而在胆囊息肉组中AQP1表达率达90%。结石组AQP1 mRNA相对表达量明显低于胆囊息肉组(P<0.05)。结论 在胆固醇结石的胆囊中,AQP1的表达明显下降。可能与胆囊胆固醇结石的形成有关。

【Abstract】 Objective To discuss the expression of Aquaporin 1(AQP1) in human gallbladder cholesterol stones and its clinical significance.Methods The clinical data of 100 patients who underwent cholecystectomy in the Second Affiliated Hospital of Jiaxing University from January 2021 to January 2022 were collected. According to the pathological diagnosis, the patients were divided into two groups: gallbladder cholesterol stone group and gallbladder polyp group. The immunohistochemistry and RT-PCR were used to detect the relative expression levels of AQP1 in gallbladder epithelial cells,and then the differences in AQP1 expression between the two groups of gallbladder tissues were compared. Results Immunohistochemical results showed that the expression of AQP1 in the gallbladder mucosa of the stone group was significantly lower, while the expression rate of AQP1 in the gallbladder polyp group reached 90%. The relative expression of AQP1 mRNA in the calculus group was significantly lower than that in the gallbladder polyp group(P<0.05).Conclusion The results of this study show that the expression of AQP1 is significantly decreased in the gallbladder of human gallbladder cholesterol stones.This phenomenon may be related to the formation of gallbladder cholesterol stones.
