【摘要】 始建于宋的紫阳堤，位于庐山市的鄱阳湖畔，是一处由防浪泊船水利主体工程、附属或历史纪念建筑遗迹、文献书籍及诗文稿本遗存、非物质文化遗产等构成的完备水利工程遗产体系，具有科学、文化、历史等内在价值和休闲游憩、科研教育、生产经营等衍生价值。在保护与利用过程中，引入价值补偿理念，理清遗产价值与价值补偿的关系逻辑，确定价值补偿标准，构建具有保护、利用、补偿和监管关系维度的价值补偿机制，通过建立遗产开发机构、监管平台、评估机制、法律规范等，实现价值补偿与监管的双重循环体系，是推动紫阳堤水利工程遗产可持续发展的必要举措。更多还原

【Abstract】 Ziyang dike was founded in the song dynasty, located by the bank of Poyang Lake in Lushan City.It is a complete water conservancy project heritage system composed of the main project of storm-resistant berthing ship, affiliated or historical memorial architectural relics, ancient books,poems and articles, and intangible cultural heritage. It has the intrinsic value of science, culture and history and the development value of leisure and recreation, scientific research and education, line operation. Introduce value compensation concept, clarify the relationship between heritage value and value compensation logic, indeed value compensation standard, to build a value compensation mechanism with the dimension of protection, utilization, compensation and supervision relationship.It is a necessary measure to promote the sustainable development of Ziyang dike water conservancy project to further establish a value supervision system including heritage development institutions,supervision platform, evaluation mechanism, and legal norms, and to realize the dual circulation system of value compensation and supervision.更多还原
