化学复合激发对新疆和田地区火山岩的活性影响

【摘要】 针对天然火山岩粉早期活性低的缺点,利用不同化学试剂进行单掺优选、正交复合的试验方案,配合X射线衍射及扫描电子显微镜的微观分析,揭示化学复合激发对火山岩粉胶凝体系活性的影响规律和提升机理.结果表明,化学试剂单掺和复合掺加均能提升火山岩粉胶凝体系的活性,且7 d龄期活性指数表现最佳,试剂单掺最大可提升活性指数至73%,正交试验确定由6%CaO+2%CaCO3+2%CaSO4·2H2O的试剂复合可使7 d龄期活性指数提升至85%,微观水化产物测试发现化学复合激发促使胶凝体系早期Ca(OH)2向高硫型水化硫铝酸钙(AFt)转换的速率加快,使早期胶凝体系内部C-S-H凝胶及AFt晶体生成量增大,水化反应加速,水化产物填充作用明显,提升火山岩粉胶凝体系的早期强度.

【Abstract】 With regard to the shortcomings of low early activity of natural volcanic rock powder,we used different chemical reagents to carry out the single-doped optimization and orthogonal composite test scheme,combined with X-ray diffraction and scanning electron microscope analysis,to reveal the influence law and promotion mechanism of chemical composite excitation on the activity of volcanic rock powder cementitious system.The results showed that a single and compound addition of chemical reagents could improve the activity of volcanic powder cementitious system,and the activity index of 7 d age was the best.The maximum activity index could be increased to 73%by single doping.The orthogonal test determined that the reagent compound of 6%CaO+2%CaCO3+2%CaSO4·2H2O could increase the activity index of 7 d age to 85%.Micro hydration product testing found that the conversion rate of the gelling system prompted by the discovery of the chemical compound excitation early Ca(OH)2 to 3CaO·Al2O3·3CaSO4·32H2O(AFt) was accelerated,while the stable structure internal alkaline environment was maintained, the gelling system internal C-S-H gel and AFt crystal generation increased, hydration reaction accelerated, and the hydration product filling effect became obvious, thereby improving the early strength of the specimen.
