药学类专业本科生对临床药师岗位及培训体系认知及影响因素的问卷调研
Questionnaire survey on the cognition and influencing factors of clinical pharmacist post and training system among undergraduates majoring in pharmacy
【摘要】 目的 通过问卷调研的方式了解药学类专业本科生对临床药师岗位及培训体系的认知情况和毕业后参加临床药师工作及培训的意愿。方法 通过问卷星进行线上问卷调研和资料收集。对于认知类问题采用李克特五级评分法,用Excel软件对统计结果进行汇总,用SPSS 26.0软件对数据进行描述性分析、信度和效度分析以及影响因素分析。结果 药学类专业本科生对临床药师岗位的了解程度评分为(2.805±0.948)分,对临床药师培训体系的了解程度评分为(2.484±0.918)分。药学类专业本科生毕业后从事临床药师工作的意愿评分为(3.817±0.926)分,参加临床药师培训的意愿评分为(3.880±0.905)分。多因素分析结果显示,年级、专业和临床见习经历是药学类专业本科生对临床药师岗位认知程度的影响因素(P<0.05),年级、专业是药学类专业本科生对临床药师培训体系认知程度的影响因素(P<0.05)。结论 药学类专业本科生对临床药师岗位及培训体系的认知度总体不高,而对未来从事临床药师工作和参加培训的意愿较高。认知程度与年级、专业、临床见习经历有关,可通过增加实践课程、加大临床药师职业宣传和提升临床药学服务能力等途径来提高药学类专业本科生对临床药师岗位及培训体系的认知。
【Abstract】 AIM To investigate the cognition of pharmacy undergraduates on the clinical pharmacist position and training system and their willingness to participate in clinical pharmacist training after graduation. METHODS Online questionnaire survey and data collection were carried out by Questionnaire Star. A Likert scale was used for cognitive questions. Data collecting was used by Excel software. Descriptive analysis, reliability and validity analysis, and analysis of influencing factors were conducted on the data using SPSS 26.0 software. RESULTS The score of pharmacy undergraduates’ understanding of the clinical pharmacist was(2.805±0.948), and the score of understanding the clinical pharmacist training system was(2.484±0.918). The score of willingness to engage in clinical pharmacist work after graduation was(3.817±0.926), and the score of willingness to participate in clinical pharmacist training was(3.880±0.905).The multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed that grade, majors, and clinical clerkship experience were influencing factors in the cognition of clinical pharmacists(P < 0.05). Grade and majors were influencing factors in the cognition of the training system(P < 0.05). CONCLUSION The overall awareness of undergraduates majoring in pharmacy regarding clinical pharmacist positions and training systems is not high. However, their willingness to pursue a career as a clinical pharmacist and to participate in training is relatively high. The degree of cognition is related to grade, major, and clinical clerkship experience.It is possible to improve the awareness of pharmaceutical undergraduates to clinical pharmacists and training system by increasing practical courses, increasing clinical pharmacist career publicity and clinical pharmaceutical service ability.
