【摘要】 目的：开展羌药牛奶子的资源、药用情况调研及药材鉴别研究，为建立其药材质量标准奠定扎实基础。方法：采用文献考证、实地调查、专家会议调查法以及中药鉴定学性状、显微和薄层鉴别法。结果：文献、实地及羌医药专家调研结果相互印证羌药牛奶子的药用部位、性味归经及功能主治明确且基本一致，资源分布广泛，且再生性强；药材性状主要鉴别特征为类球形、卵圆形或长椭圆形，表面皱缩，密被白色小点，果核椭圆形，具8肋，内面具白色丝状毛；粉末显微主要鉴别特征为果皮表皮上盾状毛较多，由100多个单细胞毛毗连而成，末端常分离；建立的以对照药材为对照的薄层色谱鉴别方法分离度、重现性均较好。结论：羌药牛奶子药用价值明确，资源丰富，鉴别特征明显。建议该药收载入四川法定药材标准或我国民族药质量标准，以保障该药合法地位和规范应用，为我国羌药资源开发与可持续利用提供科学依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To carry out the investigation of the resources and medicinal use of Qiang medicine Niunaizi and the identification of medicinal materials, so as to lay a solid foundation for the establishment of its quality standards. Methods: Literature research, field investigation, expert meeting investigation and identification of Chinese medicine traits, microscopic and thin layer identification methods were adopted. Results: The literature, field and Qiang medicine expert survey results mutually confirmed that the medicinal parts, properties, flavors, channel and functional indications of Qiang medicine Niunaizi were clear and basically consistent. The resources were widely distributed and regenerative. The main identifying characteristics of medicinal herbs were spherical, oval or oblong. The surface was wrinkled, densely covered with white dots. The kernel was oval, with 8 ribs, and the inner mask was white filamentous hairs. The main distinguishing feature of powder microscopy was that there were more shield-like hairs on the epidermis of the peel, which were composed of more than 100 single-celled hairs adjacent, and the ends were often separated.A thin layer chromatography identification method using Niunaizi control medicinal materials as the control was established, and the resolution and reproducibility of the method were good. Conclusion: The medicinal value of Qiang medicine Niunaizi is clear with abundant resources and obvious identification characteristics. It is suggested that this medicine be included in the Sichuan legal medicinal material standard or the quality standard of Chinese ethnic medicine, so as to guarantee the legal status and standardized application of this medicine, and provide scientific basis for the development and sustainable utilization of Qiang medicine resources.更多还原
