纤维素纳米晶/壳寡糖复合物稳定的姜黄素皮克林乳液的制备及其研究

【摘要】 目的:本研究以纤维素纳米晶(CNC)和壳寡糖(COS)通过静电吸附形成的复合物作为稳定剂,并探索该复合物制备姜黄素皮克林乳剂的可能性。方法:采用高速剪切结合超声的制备方法制备CNC/COS-Cur,以平均粒径为主要指标筛选出最优处方工艺。结果:CNC/COS可以成功制备姜黄素皮克林乳剂。结果表明最优工艺为:离子强度为100mM/L;CNC用量为1.2wt%;CNC:COS=1:1.2。结论:纤维素纳米晶和壳寡糖复合物能用于制备皮克林乳剂,可以增大姜黄素的溶解度。

【Abstract】 Objective: In this study, a complex formed by electrostatic adsorption of cellulose nanocrystals(CNC) and chitooligosaccharides(COS) was used as a stabilizer, and the possibility of preparing curcumin pickering emulsion from this complex was explored. Method: CNC/COS-Cur was prepared by high speed shear combined with ultrasound. The optimum prescription process was screened using the mean particle size as the main indicator. Result: CNC/COS can be successfully used to prepare curcumin pickering emulsion. The results showed that the optimum process was: ionic strength of 100 mM·L-1; CNC dosage of 1.2 wt%; CNC: COS = 1: 1.2. Conclusion: CNC and COS complexes can be used to prepare pickering emulsions which can increase the solubility of curcumin.
