【摘要】 目的 对社区药学服务文献进行文献计量和可视化分析，旨在揭示该领域的研究现状和未来发展方向。方法 检索Web of Science核心合集数据库中社区药学服务相关研究进行文献计量学分析，检索时间自数据库建库至2023年12月31日，应用文献计量学方法分析年发文量、发文国家或地区、作者、机构及期刊，应用Cite Space作关键词突现、引文突现及聚类，应用VOSviewer作关键词共现，分析研究热点和发展趋势。结果共纳入956篇文献，最早发表于1992年，美国发文量最多（198篇），与其他国家合作最为密切的是英国；发文量最多的作者是瑞士学者Hersberger KE(24篇），发文量第一的机构是悉尼大学（41篇）；发文量最多的期刊是International Journal of Clinical Pharmacy，共97篇。引文与关键词突现及共现图谱显示，社区药学服务研究的热点是社区常见慢性病管理、社区医院多学科协作诊疗、药物治疗相关问题干预以及药学服务质量研究。结论 我国社区药学服务仍处于发展阶段，未来可关注社区常见慢性病管理、社区医院多学科协作诊疗、药物治疗相关问题干预以及药学服务质量研究等内容，通过进一步发展以期为患者提供更好的药学服务。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective Bibliometric and visual analysis of community pharmaceutical care literature was conducted to reveal research status and development trend in this field. Methods Publications on community pharmaceutical care in the Web of Science core collection database were searched from the establishment of the database to December 31, 2023. Bibliometrics method was used to analyze the number of articles published per year, countries or regions, authors, institutions and journals. CiteSpace and VOSviewer were used to detect bursts and clusters of keywords and citations to analyze research hotspots and development trend. Results A total of 956 articles on community pharmaceutical care were included. The first record began in 1992. The United States published the most literature(n=198) and United Kingdom had the closest cooperation with other countries. Switzerland scholar Hersberger KE was the author with the most publications(n=24), and University of Sydney was the institution with the most publications(n=41) and International Journal of Clinical Pharmacy was the journal with the most publications(n=97). Bursts and clusters of keywords and citations revealed that current focus of research included management of common chronic diseases in the community, multi-disciplinary treatment in the community hospitals, intervention for drug treatment-related problems, research on pharmaceutical service quality. Conclusion The research on community pharmaceutical care in our country is still in the development stage. In the future, attention can be paid to management of common chronic diseases in the community, multi-disciplinary treatment in the community hospitals, intervention for drug treatment-related problems, and research on pharmaceutical service quality.
