【摘要】 目的 早期胃癌及癌前病变的治疗及护理方法。方法 将60例早期胃癌及癌前病变患者随机分为两组，各30例。两组均行ESD治疗，对照组采用常规护理，观察组采用个体化心理护理联合体位护理。观察两组的临床效果。结果 两组整块切除率及治愈性切除率比较均无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组不良反应发生率低于对照组(χ~2=4.44,P=0.035),护理后HAMA、自我护理能力、健康知识水平评分改善程度及护理满意度均优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论 ESD治疗早期胃癌及癌前病疗效肯定；应用个体化心理护理联合体位护理临床效果更优。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the treatment and nursing methods for early gastric cancer and precancerous lesions.Methods Sixty patients with early gastric cancer and precancerous lesions were randomly divided into two groups, with 30 cases in each group. Both groups received ESD treatment, the control group received routine care, and the observation group received individualized psychological care combined with posture care. The clinical effects of the two groups were observed. Results There was no statistically significant difference(P>0.05) in the overall resection rate and curative resection rate between the two groups. The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(χ~2=4.44,P=0.035). The improvement in HAMA, self-care ability, the health knowledge level and the satisfaction after nursing were all better than those in the control group(P<0.01). Conclusion ESD treatment has a definite curative effect on early gastric cancer and precancerous diseases, and personalized psychological care combined with posture care can produce better clinical effect.更多还原
