【Abstract】 With the emergence of a variety of targeted drugs, acute myeloid leukemia(AML) has gradually entered an era of targeted therapy. As a multikinase inhibitor, mainly targeting FLT3-ITD, sorafenib is widely used in the treatment of AML, and it is mainly used for FLT3-ITD mutated AML, especially for the maintenance therapy after allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation. Besides, based on its multikinase inhibition, many studies have also tried to use sorafenib for the treatment of AML with FLT3-WT. Therefore, this review summarizes the therapeutic application and the progress of sorafenib in AML with FLT3-ITD mutation or FLT3-WT.更多还原
