MRI在帕金森病患者脑深部电刺激研究中的应用进展
Application of Neuroimaging in the Study of Deep Brain Stimulation in Parkinson’s Disease
【摘要】 脑深部电刺激(DBS)是一种通过植入脑部刺激设备刺激脑内特定核团以治疗相关疾病的手术治疗方法,是治疗帕金森病(PD)的一种重要方法。影像学是DBS临床应用和科学研究的必要工具。其中,磁共振成像(MRI)的无创、无电离辐射、多模态多参数、技术持续拓展进步等特征,在PD-DBS研究的核团定位、可视化、机制分析与疗效预测等方面,发挥着越来越重要的作用。文中对结合MRI的PD-DBS研究进展进行综述,并对MRI在PD-DBS研究中的应用进行归纳和总结。
【Abstract】 Deep brain stimulation(DBS) is a surgical treatment method that stimulates specific nuclei in the brain by implanting brain stimulation devices to treat related diseases, which is an essential treatment for Parkinson’s disease(PD). Neuroimaging is a necessary tool for both clinical application and scientific research of DBS. Among the neuroimaging methods, magnetic resonance imaging(MRI),with its non-invasiveness, absence of ionizing radiation, multimodal and multiparametric capabilities, and its continuous technological advancements, is playing an increasingly important role in aspects such as nucleus localization, visualization, mechanistic analysis, and efficacy prediction in DBS research for PD.The research progress of PD-DBS combined with MRI were reviewed and the application of MRI in PDDBS research were summarized.
