耐药性癫癎患者T细胞亚群、谷胱甘肽S转移酶和转化生长因子-β1水平与认知功能的关系分析

【摘要】 目的 探讨耐药性癫癎患者的T细胞亚群、谷胱甘肽S转移酶(GST)和转化生长因子-β1(TGF-β1)水平与认知功能的关系。方法 选取2021年8月至2023年8月收治的耐药性癫癎患者80例设为观察组,同时选取药物敏感性癫癎患者80例设为对照组。比较两组T细胞亚群和GST、TGF-β1水平以及简易精神状态检查量表(MMSE)评分差异,同时分析观察组不同临床特征患者T细胞亚群和GST、TGF-β1水平差异以及MMSE量表评分与T细胞亚群和GST、TGF-β1水平的相关性。结果 观察组CD3~+和CD4~+细胞均显著低于对照组(P<0.05),而CD8~+T细胞、GST和TGF-β1均显著高于对照组(均P<0.05)。观察组MMSE量表评分显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组定向力、语言能力评分均显著低于对照组(均P<0.05)。观察组MMSE量表评分<24分患者CD3~+和CD4~+细胞明显低于MMSE量表评分>24分患者(均P<0.05),而CD8~+T细胞、GST和TGF-β1均显著高于MMSE量表评分>24分患者(P<0.05)。CD3~+、CD4~+细胞与MMSE量表评分呈正相关(r=0.651和0.535,P<0.05),而CD8~+T细胞、GST和TGF-β1水平与MMSE量表评分呈负相关(r=-0.338、-0.747和-0.766,P<0.05)。结论 耐药性癫癎患者CD3~+和CD4~+细胞水平降低,而CD8~+T细胞、GST、TGF-β1水平升高,与患者认知损害存在相关性,值得临床进一步研究。

【Abstract】 Aim To explore the T lymphocyte subpopulations and levels of glutathione S transferase(GST), transforming growth factor β1(TGF-β1) in drug-resistant epilepsy patients, and their relationship with cognitive function. Methods Eighty drug-resistant epilepsy patients who were treated in our hospital from August 2021 to August 2023 were selected as an observation group, while 80 drug-sensitive epilepsy patients were selected as a control group. The differences in T lymphocyte subsets and GST,TGF-1 levels, as well as the scores of the Mini-mental State Examination(MMSE) between the two groups were compared, and the differences in T lymphocyte subsets and GST, TGF-1 levels in patients with different clinical characteristics in the observation group were analyzed, and the correlation between MMSE score and T lymphocyte subpopulations and levels of GST, TGF-1. Results The CD3~+ and CD4~+ lymphocytes in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05), while CD8~+T lymphocytes, GST, and TGF-1 were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05). The MMSE score of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05). The scores of directional ability and language ability in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05). The CD3~+ and CD4~+ lymphocytes in patients with MMSE scores<24 in the observation group were significantly lower than those with MMSE scores >24(P<0.05), while CD8~+T lymphocytes, GST, and TGF-1 were significantly higher than those with MMSE scores >24(P<0.05). CD3~+T lymphocytes and CD4~+ lymphocytes were positively correlated with MMSE scores(r=0.651 and 0.535, P<0.05), while CD8~+T lymphocytes, GST, and TGF-1 were negatively correlated with MMSE scores(r=-0.338,-0.747, and-0.766, P<0.05). Conclusion The levels of CD3~+ and CD4~+ lymphocytes in drug-resistant epilepsy patients decrease, while the levels of CD8~+T lymphocytes, GST, and TGF-β1 increase, which is correlated with the patient’s cognitive function and worthy of further clinical research.
