【摘要】 体外冲击波碎石术(extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy, ESWL)是上尿路结石的安全、有效的微创治疗方法。目前国内对于ESWL的诊疗规范仍缺乏统一的认识，为此由中华医学会泌尿外科学分会结石学组和中国泌尿系统结石联盟专家编撰的《体外冲击波碎石术中国专家共识》(后均简称《共识》)得以完成并正式发表，这是一个以循证为基础、以问题为导向，兼重临床经验总结的专家共识，本文作者在学习共识后力求在ESWL适应证与禁忌证、术前准备、技术操作、并发症预防及处理、术后处理及随访、ESWL发展趋势等方面对《共识》作适当的说明与剖析，亦为从事ESWL的操作人员提供有用的建议和指导。更多还原

【Abstract】 Extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy is a safe and effective minimally invasive treatment for upper urinary calculi. At present, there is still a lack of unified consensus on the diagnosis and treatment standards of ESWL in China. Therefore, the Chinese expert consensus on extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy(hereinafter referred to as "Consensus") compiled by experts from Calculi Group of Chinese Urology Association and Chinese Urolithiasis Consortium has been completed and officially published, which is a consensus based on evidence, problem-oriented and focusing on clinical experience summary. This paper further explains and expounds the Consensus from the aspects of indications and contraindications of ESWL, preoperative preparation, technical operation, prevention and treatment of complications, postoperative treatment and follow-up, and development trend of ESWL, aiming at providing useful suggestions and guidance for operators engaged in ESWL.更多还原
