陇南莱星油橄榄叶总多酚、总黄酮的分布规律及抗氧化活性

【摘要】 为了探索陇南油橄榄主产区莱星油橄榄叶总多酚和总黄酮的分布规律,选取了59个不同采样点,测定了不同采样点油橄榄叶提取物的抗氧化活性,并对总多酚含量和抗氧化能力做了相关性分析。研究结果表明:莱星油橄榄叶总多酚质量分数变化范围在77.36~322.88 mg/g,平均值为126.70 mg/g,变异系数(CV)为0.31%;总黄酮质量分数变化范围为54.15~226.02 mg/g,平均值为78.79 mg/g, CV为0.29%,油橄榄叶总多酚和总黄酮含量较高的样本点主要分布在白龙江中部两岸地区。油橄榄叶提取物具有良好的抗氧化活性,清除DPPH·和·ABTS+的半数抑制质量浓度(IC50)平均值分别为5.12和3.23 g/L,且其抗氧化能力与总多酚含量显著相关(p<0.01)。

【Abstract】 The distribution patterns of total polyphenols and total flavonoids in Leccino olive leaves at 59 different sampling points in the main olive production area in Longnan were studied. The antioxidant activity of olive leaves extracts at different sampling points was measured, and a correlation analysis was conducted on the total polyphenol content and antioxidant capacity. The results showed that the content of total polyphenol ranged from 77.36-322.88 mg/g, with an average value of 126.70 mg/g and a coefficient of variation of 0.31%, and the content of total flavonoid ranged from 54.15 to 226.02 mg/g, with an average value of 78.79 mg/g and a coefficient of variation of 0.29%. The sample points with high content of total polyphenols and flavonoids in olive leaves were mainly distributed in the areas on both sides of the middle reaches of the Bailong River. Olive leaves extract had good antioxidant activity, with average IC50 values of 5.12 and 3.23 g/L for scavenging DPPH· and ·ABTS+, respectively. Its antioxidant ability was significantly correlated with total polyphenol content(p<0.01).
