【摘要】 目的 探讨MRI及CT检查技术在儿童肾母细胞瘤(WT)国际儿童肿瘤协会(SIOP)分期中价值。方法回顾性分析2020年1月至2022年12月于安徽省儿童医院经病理证实的WT 32例，分析影像特点，并对其实行SIOP分期，比较MRI与CT成像分期差异性。结果 MRI及CT检查在SIOP分期Ⅰ期准确率分别为81.25%、71.88%(P>0.05),Ⅱ期准确率分别为78.12%、59.38%(P>0.05),Ⅲ期准确率分别为96.88%、87.50%(P>0.05),Ⅳ期及Ⅴ期准确率均为100%(P>0.05),总分期准确率分别为91.25%、83.75%(P<0.05),其中MRI及CT检查在SIOPⅠ～Ⅴ期分期准确率上无统计学差异，而总分期准确率差异具有统计学意义。结论 MRI及CT检查对儿童WT SIOP分期均有较高的准确率，尤其是MRI在总分期准确率上具有更好的分期价值，可提供更多的影像参考信息。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the value of MRI and CT in SIOP staging of Wilms tumor(WT) in children. Methods Thirty-two WT cases confirmed pathologically in Anhui Children’s Hospital from January 2020 to December 2022 were analyzed retrospectively. The imaging characteristics were analyzed, and SIOP staging was performed on all WT cases, and the differences between MRI and CT imaging staging were compared. Results The accuracy rates of MRI and CT were 81.25% and 71.88%(P>0.05) in SIOP stage Ⅰ,78.12% and 59.38%(P>0.05) in stage Ⅱ,96.88% and 87.50%(P>0.05) in stage Ⅲ, respectively. The accuracy of stage Ⅳ and Ⅴ was 100%(P>0.05),and the total staging accuracy was 91.25% and 83.75%(P<0.05),respectively. There was no statistical difference between MRI and CT in the staging accuracy of stage Ⅰ-Ⅴ of SIOP, while the difference in the total staging accuracy was statistically significant. Conclusion Both MRI and CT have high accuracy in WT SIOP staging of children. In particular, MRI has better staging value in the overall staging accuracy and can provide more image reference information.更多还原
