【摘要】 研究不同氮肥施用量对长粒型水稻品种产量及品质的影响,结果表明:在营养生长期,不同氮肥施用量,长粒型水稻品种农艺性状差异明显;在生殖生长期,穗数与施氮量呈正相关;随着施氮肥水平的增加,糙米及糙米率略微有所增加,整体上增幅不大;与精米率、整精米率呈负相关、与垩白粒率、垩白度均呈显著正相关。粘度与平衡度一致下降,口感降低,但蛋白质含量和硬度却有所增加,所以应有效提高氮肥利用率,协调好产量构成因素,从而提高品质和产量,节本增效。

【Abstract】 The effects of different nitrogen fertilizer application rates on the yield and quality of long-grain rice varieties were studied.The results showed that there were significant differences in agronomic traits of long-grain rice varieties with different nitrogen fertilizer application rates during vegetative growth period. During the reproductive growth period, panicle number was positively correlated with nitrogen application. With the increase of nitrogen application level, brown rice and brown rice rate increased slightly, but the overall increase was not large. It was negatively correlated with the percentage of mished rice and the percentage of finished mished rice, and significantly positively correlated with the percentage of chalkiness and the degree of chalkiness. The viscosity and balance decreased, the taste decreased, but the protein content and hardness increased, so we should effectively improve the nitrogen fertilizer utilization rate, coordinate the yield components, so as to improve the quality and yield, save cost and increase efficiency.
