盘锦灌区农田水利设施与水稻的相互影响及建议
The Mutual Influence and Suggestion of Irrigation and Water Conservancy Facilities and Rice in Panjin Irrigation Area
【摘要】 研究盘锦灌区农田水利设施与水稻的相互影响,结果表明:农田水利设施能够通过提高水稻生产效率、降低水稻生产成本和扩大水稻收获面积的途径促进水稻产量的提高;同时,水稻通过影响需水、农户收入、缴纳的灌溉费用,进而影响农田水利设施的需求与建设。此外,还提出了推进农田水利设施建设、水稻增产和水稻综合利用的建议。
【Abstract】 The interaction between irrigation and water conservancy facilities and rice in Panjin Irrigation District was studied. The results showed that irrigation and water conservancy facilities could improve rice yield by improving rice production efficiency,reducing rice production cost and expanding rice harvest area. At the same time, rice affects the demand and construction of farmland water conservancy facilities by affecting water demand, farmers’ income and irrigation expenses. In addition, suggestions were put forward to promote the construction of irrigation and water conservancy facilities, increase rice production and comprehensive utilization of rice.
